“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” — Maya Angelou

Here are some creative projects I work on in my free time!

Short Fiction

Writing fanciful short stories was (and still is) my favorite thing to do. I began competing in writing competitions in middle school, earning mostly regional awards. With more experience, I won a Scholastic Gold Medal nationally in my junior year of high school. Since then, I’ve pursued my passion for writing through academic pursuits and have published multiple short stories and flash fiction pieces in digital journals. My work has spanned genres from magical realism to dystopian and thriller. To this day, crafting stories has continued to teach me how to create cohesive narratives, engage audiences, and write with clarity and purpose.

Webtoon

Venturing into webtoons has been an exciting new journey for me, embracing the unique challenges of scriptwriting and storyboarding. These projects have provided invaluable experience in adapting stories to a dynamic visual medium, allowing me to develop skills in creating engaging and visually cohesive narratives.
